We offer online ordering for pickup through a third-party service provider. By placing an order through our Site, you agree to the following:
- Third-Party Platform: Our online ordering is managed through Oracle GloriaFood. By placing an order, you may also be subject to their terms of service and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the performance or data practices of our third-party provider.

- Payment: All payments are processed securely through our third-party provider. Sherman’s Deli & Bakery does not store your full credit card information on our servers.
- Pickup: Orders are for pickup only at our physical location. Estimated pickup times are approximations and are not guaranteed. We will do our best to have your order ready as close to the estimated time as possible.
- Pricing and Availability: All menu items and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our staff.
- Refunds and Cancellations: In general, all sales are final. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us by phone immediately. We cannot guarantee cancellations or refunds for orders that have already been prepared. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us directly at 760-325-1199.
